KIDS 1995

Accompanying its “KIDS 20th Anniversary” Capsule Collection, Supreme interviews director Larry Clark about the 1995 cult classic… which turns 20 this year.

In the interview, the director, now 72, discusses the influences on the film, which was one of the most controversial of its time for its portrayal of New York City youth culture, sexual experimentation, AIDS, substance abuse and teenage angst. It also features footage from the film, of which Clark discusses the stories behind specific scenes, the casting, the style and more.

The Supreme 2015 “KIDS 20th Anniversary” capsule collection drops May 21 online and in New York City, Los Angeles and London locations, followed by a May 23 Japan release.
