Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson recently revealed his diet plan for an issue of Muscle & Fitness, which consists of seven meals that weign in at a combined 10 pounds of food.
Granted, The Rock goes through grueling workouts and weights close to 300 pounds, so 5,165 calories per day isn’t much for him. But, what about for a regular guy?
Complex reporter Sean Evans recently took on the challenge to go through The Rock Diet Plan for a day.
“Now, I’m no world class athlete. But, compared to the other chain smoking Internet bloggers in the Time & Life building, I’m Bo Jackson,” Evans writes. “I’m not saying that to brag. I’m saying that to explain how/why I was pegged to live a day as The Rock and how/why I failed so miserably.”
