2 Chainz is being sued by a company that claims he breached a concert for a performance in 2013.

According to HipHopWired, Rockmo Entertainment claims it hired the Atlanta rapper for a performance in Atlanta, and in exchange for $60,000, he’d put on a show at a venue called Wild Bills.

As part of the agreement, 2 Chainz would refrain from performing over or under two weeks of May 11, 2013.

Despite the contract, Rockmo claims he performed another show that same night, which caused “extreme financial damages and irreparable harm to its professional representation.”

The company is suing for $1.5 million in compensatory and punitive damages.
