Following the controversy supporting his upcoming “Carter 6” mixtape, Young Thug has given in and changed the title… but maintains his troll status.
The Atlanta rapper took to Instagram on Monday (April 13) to reveal that the upcoming project’s title has changed… claiming Lil Wayne’s camp has threatened to sue.
“Can’t name the mixtape Carter 6, ’cause these f*ck ass n*ggas trying to sue me. Just like some hoes,” Thugger says in an IG video. “Big ole’ blood, so I’m going Barter 6… on the f*cking way.”
Lil Wayne recently took a shot at the young rapper, telling the audience at his show in Jackson, MS, that they shouldn’t support him. “Stop listening to songs of n*ggas who pose naked on their motherf*cking album covers,” he said.
Thugger would respond, calling Weezy his idol and vowed to never diss him back.
So, fthe Barter 6 is dropping April 17.
