Mac Miller is being sued by 1970's soul/funk band Aquarian Dream, who claims he ripped off one of their most popular songs.

According to TMZ, the group's singer Jacques Burvick alleges that the rapper stole their tune "Yesterday (was so nice today)" from their 1978 album Fantasy, and used it on a track called "Therapy," off his Faces project.

The '70s singer says Miller's camp admitted that they tried to contact him to clear his sample, but when they couldn't reach him, they did it anyway.

Burvick says the Mac Miller's song been downloaded over 700,000 times from his website, and around the Internet, and is seeking, at least, $150,000 in damages.
