After announcing the release date last week, Kendrick Lamar has unveiled the official cover and title for his sophomore album.
The Compton rapper took to Instagram on Tuesday night (March 10) to reveal the black-and-white artwork, which shows the rapper and his crew wildin’in front of the White House, while a judge lies on the floor with his eyes X’d out.
The caption reads: “Don’t all dogs go to heaven? Don’t Gangsta’s boogie? Do owl sh*t stank? Lions, Tigers & Bears. But TO PIMP A BUTTERFLY. Its the American dream n*gga… – lil Homie.”
Reports say the album will be titled To Pimp a Butterfly, and will drop March 23.
