Just over a month since Suge Knight was busted and charged with murder in a fatal hit-n-run in Los Angeles, a graphic video of the incident has surfaced.

TMZ obtained the video, which shows the former hip-hop mogul running over two men, one of which was killed. It’s sure to become the centerpiece of Knight’s murder trial.

As previously reported, the incident took place at Tam’s Burgers in Compton, CA, on Jan. 29.

Before heading to the burger joint, he visited the set of the N.W.A. biopic, Straight Outta Compton, but there was an altercation, and he was ultimately booted. 20 minutes later, he showed up at Tam’s, where he was instantly confronted by actor Cle “Bone” Sloan, who according to TMZ, was doing security for the film.

In the footage, Bone is seen throwing punches at Suge through through the driver’s window, when Suge suddenly throws the truck in reverse, clipping Bone with the vehicle. He then guns it forward, running over Bone again before hitting and killing the other victim, Terry Carter.

Suge’s lawyer claims Bone and Terry both had guns, which could be supported by the clip, where a man is seen walking up to Bone as he laid motionless on the ground, remove something from him and put it in his waistband.

Suge’s team claims multiple people were threatening to shoot him, so he was in fear for his life.

He’s been charged with murder and attempted murder and could face life in prison, if convicted. He’s currently being held without bail.
