We love Kanye West’s new single, “All Day,” but did you know the song was created in a collaboration with more than 20 artists?
Complex recently broke down the credits to the new Ye song, which goes way beyond the guest features: Theophilus London, Allan Kingdom and Paul McCartney.
French Montana is actually credited on the song as a producer, under his birth name Karim Kharbouch. “French laced ‘Ye with 80 beats last summer, one of which became the ‘All Day’ that we’ve heard,” the mag writes.
Puff Daddy is also listed in the production credits, though it’s unclear in what capacity he participated.
Travi$ Scott is given a nod for additional production, while McCartney is listed for composing the song alongside CyHi Da Prince, Vic Mensa and Kendrick Lamar.
“Between building his own project, Kendrick managed to squeeze in some time to work with Kanye,” Complex writes.
