Despite claims that two men with guns were seen in footage from the hit-n-run case involving Suge Knight, law enforcement says there was no gun.

According to TMZ.com, law enforcement sources say the footage obtained from the Tam's Burger parking lot doesn't show a gun or gunman. Furthermore, they believe the footage proves that Suge intentionally ran over Cle "Bone" Sloan and Terry Carter, who was killed.

Prosecutors are reportedly making the video the cornerstone of their case against the former hip-hop mogul.

A previous TMZ report cited Suge Knight sources, who claimed the video would exonerate him, because it showed that it was a planned ambush -- and "Bone" is seen with a gun in his hand.

Suge has been charged with murder and attempted murder, and if convicted, he faces life in prison.
