It’s probably a natural instinct for the son of the best NBA player ever to be critical of this generation’s best player. With that said, Michael Jordan’s son Marcus Jordan isn’t a fan of LeBron James… and let that be known during the Cleveland Cavs’ 91-101 loss to the Miami Heat on Christmas.
He took to his Twitter with a few opinions on the NBA star, who finished the game with 30 points and 8 assists, which didn’t seem to be enough for Jordan, who tweeted: “LEBRON IS SOFT.”
Marcus would go on to offer an answer, suggesting: “I just wish he would be more aggressive, no reason Kyrie should have more shots than him 1st game in MIA… PERIOD.”
During the Cavs’ game, King James shot 9-16 from the field, while Irving shot 10-19 and 25 points. While Kyrie attempted three more shots, James added 8 assists.
While most would agree that James should take more shots than Irving, the “LEBRON IS SOFT” tweet sounds a bit comical coming from Marcus Jordan, a player without a standout collegiate career and wouldn’t stand a chance against James.
