Kurupt recently weighed in on the Donald Sterling scandal, offering a surprising response when asked about the situation.

“Mr. Sterling, I don’t have a problem with this guy,” the rapper said in a recent interview with Vlad TV. “He’s a great guy. But the thing is, you’ve got to keep your game clean. These people are always trying to take somebody down. Look he’s a great man. They took a good man down.”

Kurupt goes on to discuss the former NBA owner’s racist outlook on the world, saying everyone already knew that about, while saying he supports Sterling.

“He didn’t do nothing to nobody,” Kurupt said. “Who did he harm? What was his crime? Oh he’s racist… what did everybody thought he was before they heard it?

“You judge people off their merits and what they do. You don’t judge them off their history and that bullsh*t,” he continued. “If you don’t like the guy, because he’s racist, don’t work for the n*gga. The f*ck you gonna do? Change him? The n*gga’s older than your grandparents. F*ck you gonna change these people?”

After the scandal, Kurupt was spotted with V. Stiviano. He said she’s his homegirl… and he went to check on her.

“She don’t give a f*ck,” he explained. “That’s why I went to go talk to her and let her know, ‘Man, f*ck these people. You and Donald is good. Man, f*ck everybody. Just do what you do, enjoy yourself man, and just relax.’ ”
