Rick Ross Talks Weight Loss On Good Morning America

Rick Ross stopped by Good Morning America on Thursday (Dec. 18), explaining his RossFit training program that helped him shed a whopping 85 lbs.

The rap star said he decided to make a change to his lifestyle, after suffering two seizures two years ago.

“I woke up from that and I was like, ‘Wow, I really need to re-evaluate what I’m doing,’ ” Rozay explained.

He also talked about his diet, revealing that he traded alcohol and soda for pears (“Shout out to the pear”) and has been getting more sleep.
