After dissing Karrueche during a performance and then accusing her of cheating on him with Drake, Chris Brown apologized on Sunday (Dec. 7). In an Instagram post, he blamed his anger issues on why he called her out, but realizes now, it wasn’t the right move.
“Being young and dumb is one of my strong suits and emotional at best,” he wrote. “I love hard and react impulsively when I’m hurt at times.
“I don’t think social media is a place to air out or hash out personal problems and a n*gga feel hella WACK for doing it,” Brown continued. “So, I AM APOLOGIZING I live in a glass house and the same sh*t that makes me great also is my curse. Everybody know I love that girl. I don’t care how my image my look to the public because I’m still gonna be the best at what I do. I just want baby girl to know I apologize!”
On Friday night (Dec. 5), during Power 106’s annual Cali Christmas concert in Los Angeles, Brown told the crowd he was single and then said “F*ck that bitch.” Karrueche later addressed their break-up on Twitter, saying he had mistreated her and she was done.
Brown, however, would respond (and later delete), saying she was disloyal, only visited him once while he was in jail, and cheated on him with Drake.
