Bill Cosby can’t seem to catch a break. A day after resigning from Temple University’s Board of Trustees, another woman has come forth with a sexual assault allegation.
According to TMZ.com, a 55-year-old woman named Judy Huth is accusing the 77-year-old comedian of sexually assaulting her at the Playboy Mansion way back in 1974, when she was just 15 years old.
In court documents, filed as part of a lawsuit in L.A. County Superior Court, she says her and a friend met Cosby on the set of a movie being filmed at a Los Angeles park. A week later, he invited them to his tennis club, where she says he gave them booze and played billiards, where each time Cosby won a game, they were required to drink a beer.
After spending the day at this tennis club, Huth claims Cosby took them to the Playboy Mansion and told them to say they were 19 years old if anyone asked. She and the actor/comedian eventually ended up in a bedroom together, where she alleges he began to “sexually molest her by attempting to put his hand down her pants, and then taking her hand in his hand and performing a sex act on himself without her consent.”
Huth claims she was both emotionally and psychologically damaged from the incident. In fact, she says she was so mentally scarred that she only recently connected her psychological issues with the alleged incident — the reason why she filed so late.
Cosby has not commented on the claims as of press time.
