There’s been rumors circulating, but now it’s confirmed. A Ghostbusters reboot is in the works.

Director Paul Feig (Bridesmaids) confirmed the news on Twitter on Wednesday (Oct. 8), revealing that he’s been tapped to helm the project.

One interesting tidbit he mentioned is that the film will “star hilarious women.”

“That’s who I’m gonna call,” Feig tweeted.

Could he be referring to actresses Melissa McCarthy and Kristen Wiig, both of whom worked with him on 2011’s Bridesmaids? Feig didn’t say any names. He did, however, say Katie Dippold will be helping write the script.

At press time, further details were unknown.
