Nicki Minaj announced Monday (Sept. 29) that she is taking over the 2014 MTV Europe Music Awards, serving as this year’s host.
The rap star shared the news on Instagram along with a promo photo of herself sitting in a throne and decked out in royal attire.
“So excited to announce that I will not only perform, but I have the honorable task of HOSTING this year’s MTV European Music Awards!!!!!!! AAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!” Nicki wrote.
Nicki is nominated in four categories for the EMAs, including Best Female, Best Hip-Hop, Best Look, and Biggest Fans.
The show air live from Glasgow, Scotland on November 9.
