LeBron James surfaced on Instagram back in August, looking quite slimmer. Well, how did he do it?
The NBA star told CNN.com recently that he cut all carbs, sugar and diary from his diet, leaving him with meat, fish, veggies and fruit. He did this for 67 says.
“I feel good. 67 days. I’ll tell ya what I couldn’t have: no carbs, no sugar, no diary, no refined sugar… no nothing. Meat, fish, veggies, fruit — that’s it,” James said.
Word is, the diet helped him drop around 10 to 20 pounds.
