In addition to the LeBron 12, Nike introduced a new training shoe this week called the Zoom Hypercross Trainer.
Featuring the same newly introduced Hexagonal Zoom Air cushioning unit as the new LeBron sneaker, the new trainer is engineered to be highly responsive and quick off the ground. The responsiveness of Zoom Air comes from tightly stretched tensile fibers woven inside a pressurized Nike Air unit. Upon impact, the fibers release their tension and then snap back to their original state, generating responsive, snappy, propulsion.
It also features a lightweight mesh upper, backed with soft, pliable foam for training-specific support and a snug fit. Synthetic leather overlays provide structure, while Dynamic Flywire cables wrap the forefoot for excellent lockdown and added support through all movements.
The Nike Zoom Hypercross launches in this Volt colorway on Oct. 10 at Nike.com and select retailers.
