Looks like Gucci Mane won't be getting out any time soon.

The rapper (real name: Radric Davis) pleaded guilty to assault Monday (Sept. 15) and was sentenced to three years in prison.

The charge stems from a nightclub incident in Atlanta dating back to March 2013, where he assaulted an Army staff sergeant. The sergeant reportedly walked up to Gucci Mane's VIP area, looking to take a picture with the rapper and got hit with a bottle instead.

"Rather than accommodating the admiring fan, Davis, for no explicable reason, instead, hit the victim over the head with a vodka bottle and then hurriedly left the club," District Attorney Paul Howard said, reports the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. "The victim sustained a deep laceration to his forehead which required 10 stitches."

It's unclear if Gucci will get credit for time served.

He's currently serving time for weapons charges, and was scheduled for release in late 2016.
