With the 2014-15 NBA season fast approaching, Jordan Brand debuts the latest edition of Chris Paul’s signature sneaker, the CP3.VIII.

The eighth version of CP3’s new sneaker brings a sleek, minimalist aesthetic, while delivering maximum performance, speed and responsiveness to the court. Its textile upper provides lightweight support, while synthetic overlays on the heel and toe offer durability, as well as rubber pods strategically placed in high-contact areas. Nike Zoom units are added under the forefoot for responsive cushioning, and a herringbone pattern on the sole enhances the multi-directional traction.

It also features personalized touches, via a family tree detailed on the inside of the tongue, complementing the traditional chevron design that pays tribute to the Paul family.

The Jordan CP3.VIII launches in two colorways — black/infrared 23/white and cool grey/white/black — on Nov. 1 for $130 USD.
