Instagram rolled out a new app this week that allows users to capture high-quality time lapse videos. It’s called Hyperlapse.

Traditionally, capturing time-lapse videos depended on holding your phone or camera steady for a long period of time while filming. Hyperlapse, however, features built-in stabilization technology that allows users to create moving, handheld time-lapses with a cinematic look, quality, and feel — something that was previously possible only with expensive equipment.

The developers made Hyperlapse very simple. No account needed. You just open it, tap once to begin recording and tap again to stop. After, you choose a playback speed (between 1x-12x) and tap the green check mark to save it to your camera roll. You can also shared it easily to Instagram as well.

Hyperlapse is available now at Apple’s App Store.
