V. Stiviano and Donald Sterling

V. Stiviano has recently filed a lawsuit against both Donald and Shelly Sterling, in which she claims to have never slept with the former L.A. Clippers owner because he prefers men, reports TMZ.

Shelly previously alleged that gifts such as cars and property Donald gave Stiviano are community property ... and belong to the Sterling estate. However, V's suit claims otherwise, claiming Shelly was fully aware, acknowledged and approved the gifts, adding that they are from Donald's separate property.

Furthermore, as she maintained since the scandal, she says she had no sexual relations with Donald Sterling, because she "believes that [Sterling] is a homosexual and enjoys sexual acts and or sexual congress with males." This, also, was known by Shelly, according to the legal docs.

Stiviano is suing for defamation, claiming both Sterling's slandered her in the media by claiming she embezzled money and property from Donald.

She's seeking a $10 million settlement.
