In support of an upcoming collection of Star Wars-themed cars, the film franchise and Hot Wheels come together for the ultimate ride to the Dark Side. Built upon a Chevrolet Corvette C5 chassis as a one-off, this life-size Darth Vader-themed car boasts an LS3 engine, 526 horsepower, custom redline tires and heavy breathing sounds from the Sith Lord himself.
It was unveiled at last month’s San Diego Comic-Con International, where both brands offered a sneak peek of the upcoming Star Wars-inspired Hot Wheels character cars and other sets, scheduled for later this year.
