Architecture firms S+A Brazil and Piantina Architecture offer a look at one of their greatest portfolio pieces: the unnamed Nova Lima home. It’s the perfect embodiment of Brazil’s economic growth as a BRIC powerhouse in Latin America.
The lavish 43,056-square-foot estate, located in the heart of Minas Gerais, Brazil, is divided in four distinct sections with each feeling like its own distinct resort. Block 1 of the home is divided into eight suites, a studio and a restroom; Block 2 consists of a home cinema and a heated swimming pool; Block 3 houses a kitchen, a spa and a playing area; and Block 4 is reserved for home employees including an independent residence. A swimming pool, tennis court and a playground round out the property’s exterior.
