The Brooklyn Hip-Hop Festival took the borough by storm earlier this month with a solid three-day stretch of performances in one of the genre’s historic breeding grounds.

It featured performances from the likes of Raekwon, Talib Kweli, J. Cole, Brand Nubian, Afrika Bambaataa The Beatnuts, Buckshot, Mac Miller, and the list goes on. The highlight, however, came when Jay Electronica surprised fans by bringing out none other than Jay Z.
