1980s fans, here’s a piece of history you’ll want to have. One of the original hoverboards from Back to the Future: Part II is set to official hit auction this fall.
According to Complex, the pink hoverboard Marty McFly (Michael J. Fox) used in the famed sequel will go on sale in October and is estimated to fetch as much as 15,000 pounds (about $25,000). The auction will be held by Vue Entertainment and Prop Store and is said to be the biggest auction of film memorabilia ever held in the U.K.
Other items being auctioned off includes The Terminator’s leather jacket and the “Golden Ticket” from Willy Wonka And The Chocolate Factory.
The movie memorabilia will be on display at Vue Westfield cinema in London in October, in the run up to the sale.
