Zach Randolph Inks $20 Million Extension With Grizzlies

Zach Randolph and the Memphis Grizzlies have agreed to a two-year, $20 million contract extension, reports Memphis Commercial Appeal.

“It’s cool, man. This is where I want to be,” he told the paper.

Sources say the deal is a two-year, $20 million extension, which starts in 2015-16, after invoking his $16.5 million player option for next season.

The 32-year-old Randolph averages 17.4 points and 10.1 rebounds last season, helping the Grizzlies win 50 games, even without Marc Gasol out of the line-up following an early-season knee injury.
