Warner Bros. announced recently that its untitled Man of Steel sequel, tentatively titled Batman vs. Superman, will lead directly into a Justice League movie that will be directed by Zack Snyder.
The Wall Street Journal reports that both Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill are expected to reprise their roles as Batman and Superman, respectively, and Gal Gadot will likely return to play Wonder Woman.
A time frame of release, however, has yet to be announced. Some reports say 2018, others say 2017, while another says Snyder plans to shoot both Batman vs. Superman and Justice League back-to-back.
Batman vs. Superman is slated to hit theaters in May 2016, the same day Marvel plans to release Captain America 3.
