Brooklyn Nets star Paul Pierce became the 18th player in NBA history to reach 25,000 points.
The 36-year-old hit the milestone on Friday (April 11), when he sank a 3-pointer with 3:10 remaining in the first half of Brooklyn’s game against Atlanta.
Pierce becomes the fourth active player, and second on the Nets, in the 25,000-point club. Other current players include Kobe Bryant, Dirk Nowitzki and longtime teammate Kevin Garnett.
This season, he’s averaging 13.5 points a game with the Nets.
