With the spring season here and Easter approaching, Nike Basketball brings the spirit of the holiday to its new 2014 Easter collection.
The collection is features the signature shoes of its hallmark athletes: LeBron James, Kobe Bryant and Kevin Durant. Each sneaker gets a festive Easter makeover with individual stories connected to each shoe.
The Lebron 11 Low gets a clean white upper with a paisley pattern, inspired by the tropical palm trees of Miami; the Kobe 9 Em is inspired by the Easter tradition of dying colorful eggs, featuring an upper with a green and blue dyed aesthetic; and the KD VI’s design is influenced by the traditional Easter egg hunt with a custom camouflage pattern, mixed with Easter iconography.
The Nike Basketball 2014 Easter Collection drops April 18th at select stores and Nike.com.
Each shoe’s special colorway also comes to life in a matching t-shirt available in limited quantities globally, while the KD VI and LeBron 11 Low also have matching hats that will be available.
