Kanye West quietly checked in and out of a police station on Thursday (March 27) … without the paparazzi catching him.
According to TMZ.com, the rap star was in and out of police custody in under an hour.
Kanye was booked in connection with his misdemeanor battery case for an incident at LAX last July with photographer Daniel Ramos. Earlier this month, he pled no contest and was required to turn himself in for booking.
On Thursday, he checked into the Hollywood police station at 4:30 pm, had a mugshot taken, was booked and fingerprinted… and then released.
As part of his plea deal, West was sentenced to two years of probation, 24 anger management therapy sessions, and 250 hours of community service. He has also been ordered to stay away from Ramos and pay for the photographer’s damaged equipment and any medical expenses.
