It’s the little things, right? Tokyo-based chef Hironori Ikeno is taking this literally. His Tokyo restaurant Nohachi is generating a big buzz… all from its tiny creations. He makes extremely small sushi orders using a single grain of rice.

He tells Reuters that the idea came to him 13 years ago. “I actually started the whole thing from a joke with a customer whom I served a miniscule sushi to and I started to wonder how tiny could I make it.”
