Alpha Industries recently rolled out a pack of flight-bomber jackets for 2014, carrying on in the tradition of the military-grade clothing made since the 1960s.
For spring, the brand introduces the Burnett, the Richardson, and the Refueler jackets — each available in various colorways.
The Burnett (shown in blue) is an updated version of their classic MA-1 silhouette, boasting a water resistant nylon shell, soft garment wash and embossed leather Alpha wings patch, as well as a wide-rib knit waist and cuffs for extra protection. The Richardson (shown in navy) builds on the MA-1 style, offering a lightweight two-tone nylon jacket with five pockets for ultimate storage, as well as contrast lining and flight patch for a little flair. Finally, the Refueler (shown in silver) is a nylon flight jacket with a double mock-neck collar, epaulets and twill tape, and six pocket detailing.
Both the Refueler and Richardson retail for $140, while the Burnett is $120, all available now at Alpha Industries’ online store.
