Timothy Bradley and Manny Pacquiao

Pacquiao-Bradley II is set for April 12.

Reports came in Saturday (Jan. 25) revealing that Timothy Bradley has agreed to terms on a bout against boxing superstar Manny Pacquiao. The pair are set to  meet in April at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas for a rematch of their controversial 2012 welterweight title bout.

The 30-year-old Bradley defeated Pac-man in their first meeting, in a controversial split decision, garnering criticism from many who believed the Filipino boxer had clearly won.

In fact, Pacquiao promoter Bob Arum (of Top Rank) was so outraged that he called for the Nevada attorney general to investigate. The WBO, which sanctioned the 2012 bout and will sanction the April match, also conducted an investigation and determined that Pacquiao won, though it had no bearing on the outcome and Bradley retained the WBO title.

Pacquiao will be guaranteed $20 million, while Bradley would receive $6 million. Both fighters will also be cut in on the PPV profits.
