WorldStarHipHop usually debuts music videos and submitted street fights, but recently spent some time in Chicago to film a documentary, entitled The Field, which examines the violence and gang problems plaguing the city. In the 40-minute piece, cameras highlight the city’s youth, credited for being much of problem, as well as the rising artists like Lil Durk, Young Chop, King Louie, Katie Got Bandz, Tink, and others.

Aside from the violence, the doc also showcases positive initiatives from figures like Rhymefest, who has been working with Chicago’s youth to change its landscape.
