Newly launched Radio is a brand started by Mark Hellweg, who was instilled with the notion to “pay more for quality up front than to be constantly replacing inferior goods” by his grandfather, which eventually birthed the idea for Ratio.
The company has recently introduced Ratio Eight Coffee Maker, a machine made at brewing coffee to the highest standard.
The Radio Eight utilizes the pour-over experience through exact measurement and temperature — heating water to the correct temperature to help prime the beans, before pouring a second round of hot water over to finalize the pot.
It sports cantilevered top and base made of die cast aluminum with nickel-plated finish, and a laboratory grade borosilicate glass water tank, supply lines, and carafe. This model definitely stands out compared to the other types of products on the market.
Limited to just 500 units, buyers can reserve one of the units not at RadioCoffee.com for $395.
