Madonna Tops Forbes ‘Highest-Paid Musicians’ 2013 List

Madonna

After topping the Highest-Paid Celebrities list in August, Madonna now sits atop another recent Forbes list, the World’s Highest-Paid Musicians 2013. The pop icon beats out the likes of Diddy, Beyonce, Elton John, Jay Z and Lady Gaga… leaving everyone in the dust by nearly $50 million in earnings.

According to the Forbes report, Madonna earned a reported $125 million, thanks to her MDNA Tour, which grossed around $305 million. She also gets money from merch sales, her Material Girl clothing line, and Truth or Dare fragrance.

In at #2 is Lady Gaga, earning around $80 million, which she raked in from touring before succumbing to a hip injury earlier this year. Her tour grossed $168 million, but would’ve topped $200 million if she had finished.

Bon Jovi earned $79 million to land at #3, Toby Keith came in at #4 with $65 million; and Coldplay closes out top 5 with $64 million.
