R&B singer Raz B is currently recovering, out of his coma and in stable condition, reports TMZ.com.
Just a day after reports revealed that the former B2K singer had been placed on life support — following an incident in China this week, where he was hit with a bottle in the face — he came out of the life-threatening coma Sunday (August 18) at a China hospital.
Sources tell TMZ that Raz is currently stable, breathing on his own, and responsive. But, he will remain hospitalized for the next few days so doctors may monitor him.
As previously reported, the 28-year-old singer was performing in China on Thursday (August 15) when he spotted a fistfight taking place in the crowd. He would stop and try to help, but was hit in the face with a bottle. While he was taken to the hospital shortly afterward, to receive medical attention for a gash in his lip, he was released and seemed fine. The net day, however, someone in his camp says he didn’t wake up … and was rushed to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Raz B would slip into a coma and placed on life support… and fortunately, has come back.
