Following a slew of online backlash, it seems Supreme has backed off from its legal pursuit of Married To The Mob.
As shown in recent documents, released online, Supreme recently filed a motion to voluntarily dismiss their $10 million lawsuit against the female streetwear line.
They had previously filed suit against Married To The Mob back in April, alleging trademark infringement for a tee design dating back to nearly a decade prior. On Married’s “Supreme Bitch” tee, the clothing brand parodied Supreme’s familiar red box logo.
According to recently filed document (below), the lawsuit has been dismissed “without costs or fees to any party.”
