“The year I turned 26, I made $49 million, which really pissed me off because it was three shy of $1 million a week,” that’s the opening line for the trailer of Martin Scorsese’s latest film starring Leonardo DiCaprio, The Wolf Of Wall Street.
The film is the true story of Jordan Belfort, a former brokerage founder who scammed investors out of nearly $100 million during the 1990s. It’s based on Belfort’s best selling memoir, also called The Wolf Of Wall Street, which delves into his high profile lifestyle of cars, women, yachts, drugs and partying.
The Wolf of Wall Street is expected to drop November 15th. It also stars Jonah Hill, Jon Favreau, Rob Reiner and Kyle Chandler.
