Busted again? Yes, Chief Keef was arrested blocks away from Chicago’s Skokie Courthouse, just minutes after leaving the building on Monday (June 17).
According to the Chicago Tribune, the young rapper (real name: Keith Cozart) had pleaded guilty to speeding minutes before Chicago police handcuffed him on misdemeanor trespassing.
Details of the arrest were unknown at press time.
While in court Monday, the judge scolded him for speeding and ordered him not to drive.
“You think you’re invincible, and you’re certainly not,” said Cook County Circuit Court Judge Earl Hoffenberg. “Violate (conditions of the plea agreement) and you’ll find out you’re not. … I sure hope I don’t see you again, because if I do you better be ready to go to jail.”
Keef has been arrested three times in the past month now. Back in May, he was busted at Le Meridien in Atlanta and charged with disorderly conduct after smoking marijuana in his room. A week later, he was arrested in Chicago, when his BMW SUV was stopped for doing upwards of 110 mph in a 55 zone.
