Consequence and Joe Budden had a little run-in during the filming of the “Love and Hip Hop” reunion on Tuesday (March 12).
The former G.O.O.D. Music signee would take to Twitter to reveal that he had put his hands on Joe. “Just Smacked The SH** outta @JoeBudden at the #LHHReunion Everybody have a Nice Day…. #QueensAllDay,” Cons wrote (@ItsTheCons).
Later, Joe would chime in — and would also explain the incident on Hot 97 — claiming, Cons smacked him from behind and ran. However, he initially thought it was a woman.
“During break Tahiry & I were headed outside to smoke.. Dude came behind, jumped & hit me as I’m walking away, Tahiry snuffs him, he runs…,” Budden said (@JoeBudden). “It was the most p**** display ever seen from a n**** to be quite honest… & it’s all on tape, so y’all can see the p**** sh** 4 yourself.”
Cons and Joe have had some slight issues ever since they began doing press for “Love and Hip Hop: New York”, of which they’re cast members of. Budden was asked if he would ever work with Cons, to which he replied no. From there, Cons had some choice words for his peer. They’d eventually meet and talk about it at Hot 97, which was caught on camera, but apparently, it wasn’t over … and Cons took it a step further this week.
