Nissan recently debuted the 2013 GT-R, via this new video clip, showing off all its improvements.

According to AutoBlog.com, the Japanese automaker has fine-tuned the 3.8-liter twin-turbo V6 engine with new injectors for quicker response, a baffle added in the oil pan to maintain constant oil pressure during enthusiastic driving, and an improved turbo bypass valve for better acceleration at higher speeds. They also optimized the car’s handling potential by giving it a lower center of gravity, new shocks and stabilizers, and reinforcements in the dash giving the car a more rigid structure.

The Premium Edition model adds a new Semiarinin leather and will even offer custom colors for the interior.

The 2013 Nissan GT-R is set to drop in Japan later this month, followed by a release in other markets in January.
