Nearly two months after being accused of assaulting a Miami photographer, Lil Wayne is making headlines for yet another alleged assault of someone trying to take a photo.
According to TMZ, a man named Alfredo Marino spotted the rapper and his entourage skateboarding. Being a fan of Weezy, he went up to him to ask for a photo, but was rejected.
Marino claims he retreated to his car, where he tried sneaking a pic, but Weezy caught him and walked over with his crew and began threatening him, saying, “Don’t you know all it takes is a word and these motherf**kers are going to f*** you up?”
From there, the man says he was hit from behind with a skateboard, which knocked him down and left him bleeding from the head.
Marino claims he suffered a concussion and vertigo from the hit. However, it’s unclear if he plans to file a lawsuit against Lil Wayne.
His lawyer, Craig Chisvin, tells TMZ: “My client will enforce all of his rights under the law and all individuals responsible for this outrageous incident will be blamed for the damages that my client has suffered and continues to suffer.”
Lil Wayne’s camp has not commenting on the claims as of press time.
