Slaughterhouse spitter Joe Budden popped up on New York’s Power 105.1 morning show, The Breakfast Club, to promote Slaughterhouse’s Shady Records debut, Welcome To Our House, due out May 15th. While the New Jersey rap vet did dedicate some of the airtime to promote the upcoming project, and their 50-city tour, he discussed a variety of topics, keeping things entertaining.
During the interview, Budden talked about his recent run-ins with New York police; addresses a rumor that he was trying to holler at Ozone Magazine founder Julia Beverly (denying it, but admits she has a nice body); and clowns host DJ Envy about his constant stuntin’ ways — from showing up to clubs in his Ferrari to showing off his jewelry and rides online.
Before leaving the show, Budden shares a funny story about his ex-girlfriend Tahiry, when he snuck into her house and surprised her.
