Recently, Dell –in partnership with Mastercard and Microsoft — invited small business owners to create and submit a video about their business for a chance to win $75,000 in cash and prizes, plus star in their very own online reality show. In the end, America decided the winner: Shwood Handcrafted Wooden Eyewear.
In this first episode (above) of their online reality series, Dell Business got to know the members of Shwood, as they announce to their employees that they’ve won America’s Favorite Small Business. However, a last-minute order from one of their main customers forces them to start searching for a new facility and put new systems in place. Watch to see what happens.
In the second episode (below), the Shwood team heads out to visit a new manufacturing facility that could help them solve all of their their space and production problems. The guys will also receive a visit from Kyle, a Dell specialist that guides them through the product portfolio to help them identify what tools they’ll need to improve their business.
