Cali’s underground king, Murs, has definitely made a transformation, as he proclaims with his new album, Love & Rockets Volume 1: The Transformation … and in the new music video for his album cut, “316 Ways.”
In the Shruti Parekh-directed clip, the rapper raps with a chip on his shoulder, showing off his clean-cut look slim phsyique, spitting lyrics about 316 ways to kill the fakeness of the industry.
In the visual, Murs walks around New York City, while in another scene, he trains (shirtless) as a boxer.
Love & Rockets is out now, via Dame Dash’s BluRoc label. It is produced entirely by Ski Beatz, and boasts features from O.C., Dee1, Tabi Bonney, Ab-Soul and Locksmith.
