If Tupac's family has their way, the recently revealed 1991 sex tape will never been seen.

According to TMZ, the late rapper's estate said they will sue anyone who attempts to distribute the footage. After all, only Pac's estate has the right to use his image for commercial sue.

Tupac's mother, Afeni Shakur, is said to be aware of the alleged sex tape -- and has told her spokesperson, "Get the legal team ready because [we] will not allow someone to put it out."

The estate believes the person attempting to sell the tape is actually one of the individuals in it -- including the leading lady.
