The world’s largest annual touring sneaker hip-hop lifestyle exhibition, Sneaker Pimps, will kick off their 9th consecutive year this Saturday (September 3) in Los Angeles.
The L.A. stop will include performances by U-N-I’s Thurzday, Warner Bros. signee Rich Hil (son of fashion mogul, Tommy Hilfiger) … and organizers behind the event just announced that The Game has been added.
Fresh off the release of his latest LP, The R.E.D. Album, the Compton rapper has been tapped as the evening’s headliner.
Following the L.A. stop, the 2011 Sneaker Pimps Tour will kick off an 8-city run with stops in Houston, Atlanta, Miami, Washington DC, Chicago, Philly, and New York.
Each stop will boast over 1,500 kicks on display, live art installations, vendor areas, music performances, and lots of giveaways.
