Odd Future’s Tyler The Creator Arrested In Los Angeles On Day Of ‘Goblin’ Release

Tyler The Creator being arrested in LATyler The Creator was out and about in Los Angeles on Tuesday (May 10), planning a bunch of promotional things in support of his solo release Goblin, but hit a snag in the afternoon, when he was arrested.

The young leader of the L.A. collective, OFWGKTA, reportedly made an appearance at Westchester High School to promote his album, drawing a crowd of students who bombarded the rapper and fellow OFWGKTA member Jasper Dolphin.

Shortly after, Tyler was subsequently handcuffed, and released. However details regarding the incident were unknown at press time.

Photos surfaced later in the day of the arrests, showing the rapper handcuffed and his skateboard being confiscated.

An outraged Tyler, who is later performed at his release show at Hollywood’s Troubadour, took to his Twitter page to express his anger over the incident.

“F*** POLICE F*** YOU ALL I HOPE YOU ALL DIE,” he wrote (@f***tyler). “I WILL NEVER RESPECT YOU.”

Odd Future’s resident crooner, Frank Ocean, had a run-in with the L.A.P.D. late last month for unknown reasons. He, like, Tyler also had some words for the city’s law enforcement/

“F*** a cop, non-stop. frank will never speak to a cop again in his natural life,” Ocean wrote on Twitter (@Frank_Ocean). “I have no respect for police. i swear if i weren’t sane in mind i’d throw a f***in molotov in a cop car right now. cuh had napoleon complex. and seemed really sad that he was on that lame ass bike patrol.”
